Crusing the Nile, Things your travel agant didnt tell you
January 28, 2009
Cruising the Nile River in Egypt is the trip of a lifetime. If cruising the Nile conjurs up visions of Cleopatra stretched out luxuriously on cushions or a bunch of Agatha Christie eccentrics dressed in white linen on the deck, think again. Nile cruises are more popular than ever and crusing the nile is big business.

January 28, 2009
Almost every restaurant in Rome prepares “caccio y pepe,” literally cheese and pepper, a delicious traditional Roman dish of spaghetti, Pecorino Romano and lots of delicious fresh ground pepper. “Carciofi alla giudia” or Jewish Fried Artichokes is another regional dish sure to keep vegetarians in Rome happy. Aside from these regional dishes specific to Rome, Italian foods in general such as polenta, risotto, gnocchi, bruschetta, and of course pizza will all work to satisfy vegetarians dining in Rome. For strict vegetarians and vegans eating traditional Italian food proabably will not work, fortunately, there are vegetarian restaurants located in most of the central neighborhoods in Rome.

Billions Waiting for You
Let’s face it every penny counts in these recessionary times. Finding money in a coat pocket or under a sofa cushion feels like winning the lottery. What if you were told about billions of dollars in unclaimed money and that some of it may belong to you? It sounds like a Nigerian internet scam, but it is not, the United States Governement is holding billions of dollars in unclaimed money and you don’t have to be a struggling auto maker or failing bank to claim it.

Renting a Scooter in Rome

boykin spaniel
January 28, 2009
If I had a dollar for every time I was asked what kind of dogs my Boykin Spaniels are I’d be rich! These little brown dogs with the amber colored eyes never fail to attract attention, “Boinking Spaniels?” I am asked to confirm, I shake my heads and enunciate more clearly, Boykin Spaniels, B-O-Y-K-I-N. It is pretty hard for dog lovers and dog aficionados to believe there is a breed they aren’t familiar with or haven’t really seen, but Boykin Spaniels are the best kept secret in the dog world. Boykin Spaniels aren’t even exotic; they are an American breed developed in South Carolina.
